15 squats (which I’m still not sure I’m doing right)
I wanna do this twice a day, but I feel like it’s not enough…I need more, and, if I was alone, I’d gladly do jumping jacks or jump rope…but I don’t want to disturb my family…>< Suggestions (*cough, Ariel, cough cough*)? I’m not okay with hating myself anymore…I want to go back to losing weight, even if I’m in Japan!!
